[EN] Server Rules

  • §1.1 Naming
    The nickname should correspond to the ingame nickname. Possibly. the nickname can be supplemented by another nickname. Nicknames may not contain any offensive or other prohibited or protected names or parts of names.

    §1.2 Avatar
    avatars may not contain pornographic, racist, insulting or other contents that violate German law.

    §2.1 Tone of voice
    The interaction with other Teamspeak users should always be friendly. Verbal attacks against other users are strictly prohibited.

    §2.2 Server Chat
    The Server Chat should only be used in exceptional cases.

    §2.3 Channel-hopping
    Channel-hopping (constantly jumping from one channel to another) is prohibited.

    §2.4 Recording conversations
    The recording of conversations is only permitted on the entire server after consultation with the present users of the corresponding channel and an admin. If a user does not agree to the recording, the recording of the conversation is prohibited.

    §2.5 Absence
    In case of longer absence the user is asked to go to the corresponding AFK channel(s). For shorter absences, a short logoff in the channel is sufficient.

    §3.1 Kicking/banning
    A kick or ban is never unfounded at any time, but is intended to stimulate reflection on ones own behaviour. Inappropriate kicks/banns must be reported to the responsible admins.

    §3.2 TS3 rights
    Teamspeak rights are not given randomly, but always serve a specific purpose. If rights are required, the responsible admin can be contacted.

    §3.3 Right of instruction
    Server Admins, moderators or otherwise authorized Admins have full right of instruction. Refusing a certain instruction can lead to a kick or ban.

    §3.4 AFK Automove
    When moving to the AFK channel, do not mute your microphone briefly and then mute again. Should this rule be violated, a 5 minute ban is to be expected.

    §3.5 Level system
    It is forbidden to use continuous transmissions on the server. If an administrator notices this, he or she can issue a Push-To-Talk constraint.

    §4.1 Advertising
    Any kind of advertising is prohibited on this server. Advertising through audio tracks or avatars is strictly prohibited. Possibly. can contact a responsible Admin to negotiate about a possibility for advertising.

    §4.2 Hacker
    attacks Every attack against this server is punishable by law and will be prosecuted.

    §4.3 Data protection
    Private data such as telephone numbers, addresses, passwords and the like must not be exchanged publicly. A Server Admin will never ask for sensitive data such as user passwords.

    §5.1 Own music/sound
    The playing of own music or the transmission of other unwanted sounds is prohibited.

    §5.2 Bots (esp. Music bots)
    No bots may be connected to the TS3 server. Bots may only be connected in designated channels and only if no other bot is active in the channel.

    §5.3 Upload of files (function disabled)
    It is not allowed to upload and/or exchange pornographic, racist or legally protected material with other users.

    §6.1 Channel Rules
    Server rules can be removed or extended by channel rules. It is essential to observe the channel rules.

    §6.2 Obligation to report All users are required to observe the TS3 server rules. If a rule violation is detected by a user, this must be reported immediately to an admin.
